If you're unsatisfied with the items you've received, you can send them back to us within 14 days (30 days if you're a member of c/o The Jean Maker). The items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

To align with our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, we have implemented a small fee for returns. Therefore, when you make a return, you will receive a full refund minus the return fee.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, sealed packages of underwear or socks with a broken seal cannot be returned.

As for exchanges, we cannot process them for items purchased online. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly initiate a return and place a new order.
